Can you get old items still when ToT'ing? Like from 2009? or are they retired?

I don't think so, I think it's just items from this year and last year. Older items are restocking now, I don't know where they all came from in past years though

I got an item from 2012 yesterday while trick or treating. It was the pilot rag doll. I think they might be doing them from other years because of the new achievements.

That one was actually from last year, some of which are coming out via ToTing still.
