I would love to see more masculine eyes and mouths. I'm always wanting to make masculine HAs but I just can't find eyes or mouths to use. Even the eyes and mouths offered as defaults just are not doing it for me.

(Also facial and body hair would be wonderful to have.)

As for lips and eyes, in the end nothing will change the base HA has got an oversized head and short arms and legs which is feminine/childlike so even eyes that are potentially masculine they don't look that way unless they are very severe. There's a SBQ chapstick and several new glosses from Peka and other specialty lines that are less pronouncedly colored or cutesy.

I have the CW for sale, if you like. makes a few body hairs, but does limit batches. Masculinity Serum is in the Cash Shop and Essence of Manliness is occasionally released in teh Crystal Shop. Mixing these with each other and CW Muscles of a Demigod or the Costume Trunk item Body Oil results in a number of looks.

Carl in the Quest Shop has a whole array of facial hairs.

Santa Beard, Fake Curly Mustache, Father Time Beard, Fake Mustache Fake Droopy Mustache, Galactic Emperor Beard, Hangmans Moss, Essence of Pete, Hippy Facial Hair, Moustache Trimming Scissors, Chipper Clippers, Counts Pointed Beard are about only a third of the items I've got stuffed into my Facial Hair Drawer in my Wardrobe.

I so support this since I only do male avatars. I always have to use the same mouth ("small frown" I think), and the same eyes too...

I made a suggestion very similar to this months back, anyways... I'm always for more masculine items. I haven't made a female HA in years and some of the male items on here are a little... ridiculous (and severe, I must agree.)

Please can this start to happen already as part of the site and not an item or two thrown out whenever a topic like this is mentioned. I mean, I'm pretty sure every female Delish set released to date has an item that includes a mouth, but none of the males ones do, making you use a default mouth or something else. I really don't think it'd be that hard of unwanted to make more neutral mouths when creating male sets for anything; I know I'd love it and appreciate it! Also angry=male isn't something I enjoy either. I'm not really sure how to make more masculine eyes, the first thing that comes to mind are just if eyebrows are attached to the eyes then they could be a little bigger and bushier since stereotypically males don't groom their eyebrows while most females do. I also think a problem with a lot of the eyes (though I do admit, despite my best efforts, my wardrobe is predominantly SubQ items, so this is where I'm speaking from) if there isn't already makeup drawn around to do it, the eyes themselves mimic like a typical shape people usually only get or emphasize with the help of eye liner.

I am always for more gender neutral, even 'masculine' face items ! Especially if the eyes have thicker eyebrows. -.- I am a little tired of so many "male" Delish eyes having pencil thin eyebrows.

Oh thank you! I only looked at the Delish sets currently in the Cash Shop for reference, glad to see there are a couple, but tbh, I think my statement can still stand, though. It's clear even if there are some it's not a lot and those two, to me anyway, look kind of depressed. Which goes with my thinking that a lot of male items on site seems to be sad or angry. Why not a gender neutral smile for those male sets? idk

I think [item2=Zoe Daze chapstick] lips (also CS Boutique) can pass for male.

[item2=thick brown eye brow pencil] and recolors, these can sometimes seem masculine, if you've got eyes without brows or eyes whose brows are under it. Both this and the Aye Aye line are a little arched though.

Oh yeah, I agree on more. Delish is very stagnant with some things and it's sad. "Female" = pouty lips. "Male" = frown. "Male" also = pencil thin eyebrows ????? (Not all of them, but a very good portion of them have very thin eyebrows).

I'd like to see the artist branching out a little more, at least for the "male" items. A small, open smile, perhaps ? No more chola eyebrows on the supposed "male" eyes, maybe ?

Yes, please. I don't make female HAs so I'd love more variety in items I can use. I'd especially like more choice from the main shops instead of having to pay for Cash Shop items.

I make both male and female avatars and given the options, it is sort-of difficult to make male human avatars without repeating eyes/lips/etc. I support this!

Just as a suggestion, it is all well and good to say you want something, but it sometimes it is very nice to have refs of what you mean. There are actually a lot more male face items than there were lets say a year ago. Don't like the current items? Then tell them what you DO like. Refs of eyes and lips that you would like to see on site really does help to get across to the artist what to do next.

As someone who essentially uses two male HAs with slight variation for basically ever (I don't partake much of dress-up, so I torture two of my male OCs for my own pleasure instead)... I have two very solid suggestions for subeta's serious lacking of male friendly face items:

1. While it's genetically true that even the most manly of men do indeed have eyelashes, subeta's HAs are indeed not even partially manly and therefor eyelashes = that is 100% feminine. The easiest way for the staff to produce more "male eyes" is to simply make a set of eyes then ERASE THE EYELASHES???

Not so much: + 85% of eyes onsite.

and 2. All humans have lips. However, big pouty pink lips are typically viewed as feminine (even when watching movies/shows with any male with more noticeable lips I find myself staring at his face wondering if he's got some lip shine on more than I am watching whatever thing he's in).

Easiest solution is just to make a few lip colors that 100% match the most commonly used HA bases? Pale, middle, darker? Like this one is a female lip item: but that could easily be used with some of the HA bases to look more male? Like my kingdom for the and co to be made with the lips matching a few of the HA bases so that cocky smirk could be used by all.

Yes please. I just made a thread asking for eye suggestions that could be used for males. There aren't nearly enough.

YESSSSS! I need more of these, as I only make male HAs...
