So I rarely use the hair options that the wardrobe offers but I couldn't find a wig so I went with the braids.

Now I want to change my HA and I am trying to remove the hair, I go to "avatar" and I change the facial expression and I select the hair as "bald", then I click "save and use" but the only thing that updates is the eyes and mouth. The hair just won't budge. I've been fighting with it all day and I just don't know what I'm doing wrong.

you need to go into the salon and click on Back to Normal
