I've received this event 4 or 5 times today and I just don't understand it.

What is this? What does it mean? I thought it meant I could ToT to a bunch of people without the 5 minute wait but when I tried to ToT right away but it told me I had to wait the regular time.

in the past, this reduced your wait time by half. it doesn't seem to be working this year.

It's been fixed now if you click admin posts on the forum index. The time was still set to every 5 minutes from last halloween and it wasn't supposed to be, so now that's fixed and the fast pass should be working by setting our wait lower now.
