I was browsing the world of youtube and came across this. CLICK I have never been one to ever judge same sex relationships, I just never really cared who anyone fell in love with. This really opened my eyes to how others treat people like this, it's just upsetting that they would go out of their way to harm someone just because they have different beliefs. It just goes to show how cruel people can be and maybe instead of people harming and bashing people who have same sex relationships they should be bashing on the people who are cruel, cruelness is ugliness and it is unpleasant. No one should be objected to any human being cruel to them.
pings. hope you dont mind

I cant watch the video at the moment because I am on my phone and it sucks, so I will watch it later when I am home.
Anyway, I am 110% against homophobia. I don't care who a person dates or why, so long as they are happy in their relationship. I have seen many friends suffer from harassment or cruelty for their orientation. It's sad and it makes me want to punch people (which it really unusual, because I am totally passive).
If it's the video I'm thinking of, it is the most depressing thing on the planet. I don't care who people love. It's not my business, and I very truly don't care.

I was so close to tears at the end of that. I feel extremely lucky to live in an area of the country where gay marriage is legal, and if you publicly say you dislike gay people, everyone will pretty much lose all respect for you.
But even with all that, Im not completely out of the closet. Some people know. People who need to know, know.
I'm really glad my group was tagged in this, I thought it was really powerful and it's really going to stick with me. It shows how silly homophobia really is, or even one side discriminating against another simply for a personal choice that has nothing to do with them. Not even just about sexuality but race or even hobbies or more of the sort; this message goes way beyond that. I watched the whole thing without even blinking once and I don't even have any words for it after I finished watching, thanks for sharing.

As a gay woman homophobia is just obnoxious. Luckily I live in a state that supports gay marriage but there are still people who will judge my girlfriend and me if we are out on a date and it becomes uncomfortable.

Homophobia is stupid Everyone should care about their own sexuality, not on others There ist nothing "wrong" with being gay/lesbian =/ I don't understand people like that.

I saw the video a few weeks ago and it made me cry :c
Unfortunately, places that sentence death penalties to gay people still exist, and I happen to live in a place that does just that. One of my close friends is gay, and it hurts me to watch as people around him whisper about how 'disgusting', 'immoral' and 'confused' he is, when all he's done is to just love the people he's loved.
I personally don't see why anyone should have to judge anyone else for whom they choose to love. After all, it isn't as if whom they choose to love will affect anyone else but themselves, and maybe the other person as well.

I saw the video the other day. I am not even surprised by those comments on the Youtube page.
As a demisexual female, I don't see anything wrong with same sex relationship. In my opinion, there will always be a certain "stigma" and people who will never feel comfortable at all about other orientation than heterosexuality. My motto is "love is love" and I stick to my belief.
I am forever pissed off that homophobia exists and that people try to justify it.
Religious people saying shit like 'well my GOD say it isn't right, not me' or 'it is a sin just like any other sin'.
And other people saying you're "confused" or "going through a phase" if you're not straight.
I'm bisexual and that doesn't make me confused or going through a phase. I'm 28 years old and it took me awhile to come to terms with my sexuality because of how being anything but straight isn't widely accepted.
I've watched the video. Thank you for being supportive.

I hate homophobia. I hate not feeling comfortable to be out and about with my girlfriend.

I remember when I first watched that video, I immediately sent it to my mother and grandmother.
Homophobia is another example of the world fearing what it does not understand/what goes against the norm. Anyone that claims it's because of the Bible/God is full of shit. I went to Catholic school Kindergarten through 12th and my school was extremely accepting of gay people. God loves everyone, that's his thing. And most people ignore every other rule in the Bible and don't even know about the gay couple in it.
