I'm almost 39 weeks pregnant and OH MY GOSH GET HER OUT OF ME NOW!!!!!!!!!!

Just kidding...but kind of not really though o.o

I'm just so excited and ready to have her and it doesn't help that I am the most impatient person in the whole world. Tell me someone has shared my pain/excitement and has advice on how to make it to the end without going insane :P

I was never sure if I wanted any but I know I am so happy to be having a little girl! Do you know if you would want a boy or girl?

I wouldn't care which gender, although it is easier to think of boys names :P

It is so much harder to think of names than I ever thought it would be...but for me it was harder to come up with a boy name (Before we knew what we were having.) I would have wanted it to be named after my husband, but he didn't want that. Luckily we had a girl though (; Is that arcade game on your HA a CW?

Congrats! That said though (lol), I am 99.9% sure I never want children. One of the main reasons is that I would only want a girl. I wouldn't want to raise a boy. I don't really know why, I just wouldn't want to. And since there's no way I could be positive it'd be a girl, I don't want to have one at all. There are other reasons though. I just don't feel like the 'mother' type...I can't deal with germs, I can't deal well with stress, etc. I think I'd be fine with an older child, but a baby? No thanks. I'm glad there are other people in the world who want kids, because I couldn't do it, no way. Cats are enough trouble for me, lol. Do you know what you're going to name her though? I always liked the name Paisley for a girl.

Congrats! :D That was way late since you're 39 weeks lmfao.

I'm extremely broody but at the same time, I'm in no financial position (or more importantly, in a stable relationship) to have children yet. I'm also only 22 though, so I'm really not worried haha. I went back to college to study and have a part-time job so I'm just focusing on that for now. In the future though, I'll probably definitely want children for sure.

I don't want to suddenly make you feel horrible or anything but the thing that would terrify me is...the birth. Does your discomfort from being so pregnant outweigh the panic of the pain of labour? For me, I can see myself panicking like a crazy person the more it draws closer. I am on meds for anxiety, though, so perhaps that's why.

I wanted a girl, and my husband already has a son from a previous marriage so he wanted a girl this time around. We are naming her Abigail Rose, Abby for short. I love the sound of older names (: Who knows, maybe one day you might look into adoption? Usually people go to adopt babies and older children get passed up...

I'm younger than you :P I'll be 21 at the end of November. I start school in January so I will have my hands very full raising a newborn, 16 credit hours in my first semester, a ten year old stepson, and working part time overnight! Honestly the thought of holding my daughter overrides any fears I have. Of course I'm nervous about it because I am a super wimp with a low pain tolerance...but heyyyy no turning back now! I am being induced this Tuesday morning (:

Thank you! (:

Chokes on water Omg. You're married and pregnant and you're younger than me? Lmao obviously I know that happens but I just. I'm so emotionally unprepared to even be in a long-term relationship that it's like omfg what. On the other hand, good for you though! ^_^ Everyone is different and I'm totally not judging.

Jeez, you're definitely gonna be busy! :D Again though, good for you, so long as you're happy - that's a lot on your plate :P

And Tuesday? Whoa. They will look after you though and I guess the pain is brief compared to the pleasure of raising your daughter! Hehe. Abigail Rose is a really, really pretty name.

I love the name Abilgail Rose. So pretty! And yeah, I was thinking of adoption one day, maybe, whether or not I find the guy. Although it would be better to have a partner to help me raise a child.

Congrats, how exciting! The name you've picked out is lovely :) The very end of my pregnancies were always the worst for me-couldn't sleep, couldn't eat, could barely even move! Lol. I have 4 boys so I'd love to eventually have a girl...my fiancee and I want a baby so bad!

Well I kind of did everything a little early in life, dropped out of highschool to get my diploma early, got a job and moved away from home and all that. It's not for everyone, I think if I had stayed at home a few more years while I worked I definitely could have saved up some money for college to where I wouldn't have to take a loan and be in debt FOREVERR. :0 Do you know what you are going to college to be?

That would be really awesome, I have a lot of respect for people who foster and adopt older children! And thank you, it took us a while to finally agree on something. I actually found out sometime after that there is a plant called Abigail Rose so that was kind of cool hehe

I've had such a easy pregnancy up until this last month, the lack of sleep and difficulty even moving around has really been the worst D; My husband laughed at me the other night because I was trying to roll over in bed and had to like sit up onto my knees and rotate lol That is a lot of boys! I have a ten year old step son and I can't imagine 3 more lol I love him, but boys get dirty so easy xD

Congrats on your pregnancy! And you've chosen a beautiful name :)

It's not quite the same situation (total opposite, in fact), but my husband and I have been trying to get pregnant for 2 years now and we've finally started the whole medical process of making a baby. Our first insemination attempt just failed so yeah, lots more waiting for us too. I guess the best advice I could offer on getting through a time that seems endless while you're so impatient for something to happen, is to really try and focus on other things. Maybe you've got stuff around the house you could do? Like re-organise furniture, color-coordinate your plants or alphabetise books or something like that? I know it's a cliché and focussing on something else is much easier said than done, but it does really help once you manage to get into the right mindset.

That being said, my husband and I would love to have a girl! At first, we were constantly wishing that if I got pregnant, it'd be a girl. All the princesses and unicorns and pink and glitters... drool but somehow along the way, we both got a little less picky and we'd now be absolutely happy with either gender. Our names would be Pixie for a girl, and Rune for a boy. (It's not common in our area to have double names.)

Enjoy the rest of your pregnancy as much as you can!

I'm in the UK so college is for more basic qualifications rather than university, which gives degrees. I'm only doing GCSE English (age 15/16 study) because I had major trouble the first time around with mental health issues, so my grade did not reflect my ability hah. I'm now just trying to redo so I'll have the paper for the future. Ultimately I have no idea what I want to be though. :/

My husband and I tried for about a year before I got pregnant, so don't get discouraged! My cousin was with the same man for over 5 years, and never used any sort of protection until they finally had a baby. Oh, and my sister in law is 40 years old and had been trying since her early 20's with her first husband, and her whole marriage with my brother and she got pregnant out of the blue..she didn't think she could have children. Sometimes for no reason at all it just takes a little longer for some people, sometimes the people who want it most have to wait the longest :( I really hope it works out for you and your husband. I think Rune is a freaking awesome name! It would be cool for a boy OR girl in my opinion.

Oh :0 Some colleges here are specifically transfer colleges only, so they give associates degrees for basic education and then you can use those credits to transfer to a University, but a lot of colleges give degrees here. I have to take EVERY remedial math class they have...because I am horrible at math D:

You still have plenty of time to work out all that though, and most colleges have advisers who can help you make up your mind if you needed them (:
