I've managed to grab a few items from BHH. Every time I purchased an item the confirmation page just loads the Gate Keeper image and nothing else. No text.

Is that normal? I've always wondered about it.

Yeah it always happens for me if I can get an item. And if you miss it the error message appears.

I wonder if they intentionally have it that way.....? :O
