I have tried to save changes under widjets and have gone to the user dashboard link, but nothing will make the order I move things to on my dashboard stick. Anyone out there that can help, would be much appreciated :)

I've got Chrome and Windows 7 and all that it takes to move my widjets around is to drag them up or down and they stay in that order for me. My bet is if they're not doing that you've got something disabled that Subeta needs to run. Try disabling your Extensions one by one.

This might vary a little depending on how you have Chrome set up.

In the top right corner of Chrome there is an icon of three lines. Click that and look for "Tools" in the menu. Under Tools you should find "Extensions". This will open a page where you can disable all your extensions to see if any are interfering with this.

Another option would be to try using Subeta in Chrome's Incognito (private browsing) mode. By default, all extensions are disabled in Incognito mode, so this would be a fast way to find out if an extension is causing the problem. If it works fine in Incognito, then an extension is most likely the cause of the problem.

Ok, got to the proper page, per your very clear instructions (thank you so much for that!!) and i tried it in incognito just to see and tried to move my order of dashboard and no luck. Ah... suppose it isn't that important....just kind of annoying to scroll etc.

Thank you so much :)

No problem. :) Sorry that didn't work out for you.

Can you try another browser and see if it will work there?

Okay, so it's not browser specific.

Do you clear the cache in your browsers very often? Sometimes not clearing the cache for a while can cause some things to stop working properly. It's in the same menu as the Extensions. Look for "Clear browsing data".

Take a look at which options are checked before you clear anything. If you clear cookies, you will get logged out of any sites you are signed into. It might be a good idea to clear those too though, especially if you don't do it often.
