I know, I know, you can buy CWs through the Cash Shop, but why not have a separate shop, maybe an offshoot of Subeautique, and you can place a rotating selection of CWs in it for purchase. So many of us go crazy trying to track down a CW that we love but are unable to find. If there was a shop that sold them (Esmerelda or another shopkeeper), then wouldnt it be easier for us to purchase and maybe the artists would sell even more of their creations as well.

This isn't exactly like what you suggested, but posted about new plans for selling CWs on Tumblr.

I would much rather have a CW shop on the actual site rather than one situated out of Tumblr. I don't know what fascination the admins have for third party sites such that important site-based stuff happens there and not on this actual site, but not all the userbase shares that fascination.

If CW selling moves to Tumblr, I won't be buying CW's.

Mmm, yes, good point, looks like I was wrong. Still sick of how often really important information gets posted to Tumblr and doesn't ever make it to the main site; it was totally believable to me that they'd start selling CW's out of Tumblr. xD

Going back to the OP, it would definitely be convenient to have everything centralized, but I think the Pawn Shop and the CW shop cover the need fairly well already. I'm not sure how the proposed shop would be different than either of those options. Rotating stock is all well is neat in theory, but given that every item has a different batch limit I'm not sure how effective this would be given the difference in rarities. This could cause more problems than it solves (people not finding the CW's they're looking for, sold out/retired CW's, confusion with having an NPC as well as creator names on the items).

I'm confused. Is the CW section of the CS being done away with completely?

I'm still lost on how this would work. I find it so easy to see what's new in the CW section of the CS at the moment. How can we search for items in shops when we might not even know what we're looking for or if just browsing at leisure to see if there's something that might catch our eye?
