Been playing over three years, and I've never gotten a box. I've checked my preferences and got the achievement, but no box. (Although, I did get the 1-week gold account for playing for one year. :P)

Oh hahah okay. I can see the annoyance of not getting it. A button needs to appear beside number of years we're on site to pick up a Loyalty box rather than just pop on the page and not figure out why we don't get the achievement...

I definitely recommend sending in a ticket. I'd be quiet annoyed as well.
