Can I get Suboutique items from quests?

I never have, but I've seen others get them! I assume they're rather rare though.

Major Drills seems to be the most likely to give them out, although Pete, Maleria, MoNori, and a sleeping Drunk Carl can also give them out (Maleria is most likely to do so when turning in high rarity items).

Its definitely possible, i have gotten them a few times. I think Library Quests (for me, at least).

Most of the subeautique items I've received from quests come from sleeping Drunk Carl, but I've also had some luck with Quentin when they're the weekend quest. Not had anything from any of the other quest givers for a long while, so I assume it's very rare.

I got one of the new RoQ Candy items from Carl yesterday when he fell asleep, but rarely, I've gotten them from Pete or Maleria. Sometimes Drills, but he's more likely to give out retired ones.
