i think he would be a good idea to be added to that list as he is a pretty popular quest

I forget about him all the time because he's not on the list, too.

If this isn't implemented, you can always add the quest widget! I didn't even notice he wasn't on the top bar since I use it.

Yup! Considering that I believe staff wants to phase out widgets at some point (or at least reduce the amount of them), having Carl there would be fabulous.

I agree with this. I have to do Carl first, or I forget he's a quest, since I use the quest tabs to keep track of what I did.
