I have a plethora of Halloween gifs I want to use as my forum text image but you still won't let us upload gifs. Why and when will you release it? Most large screen caps from tumblr won't fit with the dimension limits and the 250 ones shouldn't cause anyone's comp to slow down.

You can still put gifs in your signature with the [img]URL[/img] sCode c: I had a Five Nights at Freddy's gif in my signature for a little while, not that long ago.

I do agree though, gifs would be nice to use with the forum images someday!

Aye I know, but I was hoping to add some decoration to the sides of my posts. (I used to have full blown forum sets, with two slim bars and a signature but those days are long gone. :( I miss my freedom.)

Hopefully never. But no it really did sound like when they were removed there were no plans to bring them back.

Well, unfortunately for you, the error message implies that it was a temporary measure. (What do you have against gifs tho? They never bugged me aside from the size they used to be.)

If there's one thing I want to come back, it's being able to have rotating images. Gifs would be an added plus.

Static images are much better for my eyes than gifs so for me there's no need to bring that feature back.

It'd be nice for gifs to be brought back, because I don't think people realize that even things like small floating pixels images are gifs- it's not just the movie/tv/game/whatever gifs that are gone.

I'd like for this to come back as long as people didn't use the obnoxious overly flashy crap, which can easily be against the rules and reported if someone used it.

I actually think the protest image in your forumset is too big, the limit on right-aligned images is 325x325 and yours shows up in Firefox at 348x325. Just a heads-up. Also I don't know why 's suggestion is too difficult. It's actually a very easy work-around if you put your forumset code in the Notepad widget.

Easy fix! Thanks for letting me know. :D And it is difficult because it's a manual step that I shouldn't have to take. If subeta had scripts/programs like the ones made for Gaia, that automatically put the codes you wanted into the text box, I'd be fine with this. Also, I'm pretty sure putting in images that have nothing to do with the topic, outside of forum text is considered spam. I don't want to take the risk.
