Fortunately the hover has a clickable link to the forum shop - wouldn't have known, where tofind it.

So I look at all the goodies, try to find one I like... then I have to notice: Item prices are 5 to 25 tickets? wtf?!? So I don't get anything at all for my ticket now? I guees I won 4 - 5 over the years. Yes, I've read, that the odds have been upped, but still...

And again, what's the point, why do you guys want us to post tons on the forums? Like that ridiculous Pete (?) thread during the event. People will just make useless threads and nonsense postings. I don't get it, sorry.

Just got one as well and apparently one ticket = 1 point which doesn't seem to be much but we'll see how often they appear so I won't complain now...even though I wish I could have the Waverider Blob Kitty like yesterday. XD

I found 2 tickets on the forums yesterday, so I really don't think it'll be that hard to accrue the amount of raffle tickets needed to buy stuff in the shop. (except for the 25 pt items, I don't see anyone getting those anytime soon)

I have yet to see a ticket since the forums were redone. I think I've accrued maybe 3 in the 7 years I've been here. But I am surprised to hear that a single ticket buys you nothing now. If it takes five of them to buy something I will probably never be able to get anything from that shop. :(

You can find the Forum Shop link on the main Forums page. It's on the same navigation line as home, groups, and options, right above Forum Pulse. :)

And I haven't found a single raffle ticket in what I'm pretty sure has been more than a year. I don't care about the prices of the items at all, but I just hope the chances of finding a raffle ticket have really been increased and that people will have more luck finding them now than they did the last time staff said they were upped. The high prices are fine as long as people are given the chance to earn the currency they need to pay for them.

I hadn't found a ticket in a loooong time before the change, but I've gotten 2 in the last 24 hours and I'm not a really frequent poster. So don't give up hope just yet :) I'm going for the wears in the shop, we'll see how much time it takes to accrue 50 points...

Well I finally got one, we'll see how "Increased" they are in a week or so lol.

I'm disapointed that 1. there are no beanbags in the shop thus there is nothing I want... which leads me to point 2. Why do I have to buy 10 items for an achievement? Why can't I just have 50 Forum Post points or whatever they are called?

I got two tickets between last night and this morning and I can't say I post all that much so I'm definitely liking the increased odds for sure! Though it would be nice if there was something for one or two points.

Edit: To get to the shop you can also click on the ticket in your inventory and in the description has a link. Also your "Other Currencies" has a link as well.

Though the Other Currencies page seems to be broken as it says I have 0 tickets when I have redeemed 2.

Its going to take me a long time to get the items from the Forum Shop since I dont talk much on the forums. Good luck to us all.

I don't post much, so I don't have any tickets. xD I didn't even know this was a thing until the update. Seems cool!

Even if I still didn't get any, I'm glad to see people are actually getting tickets now. I need at least 75 points, and considering it took me like 10k post to get 25 before, that'd have been around 30k posts to get the 75 tickets |D

I still think the items are kinda expensive though. For people who don't post enough, getting a ticket is completely useless.

I'm glad to see people getting them. I do not normally post enough to get tickets. Only got 3 before this change. I don't see myself suddenly becoming a big poster even for the stuff I would like to have from the forum shop.

I'm wondering if tickets are given in all forums or if some forums like those that don't increase post count will not give tickets.

I've managed to get 4 in the last 2 days, but it will take a LONG time to get the items I want. I have a feeling that is on purpose though, so that they keep their value. I've intentionally posted way more than normal just to test the waters, but probably won't have time normally to post as much.

The chances have most definitely been upped from what they were before.

I mean, people were beginning to get upset about how the old tickets were being handled with their redemption. I personally hope people like this way better than that, at least? :)
