Should this be all points earned or does it only count points that you have on hand?

My achievement pages says I have 370 points, which is what I have on hand, but I have also bought items so I know that I've earned more.

I just need to know if I should hold off on spending so I can get all of the achievement levels or if this could be a glitch?

I have the max at 2500 and there's no way I would have saved up that many at once, the BB quest system's just too obnoxious. But I got this years ago, so no accounting for temporary insanity as I really like my Achievements.

There's a way to test it though. Buy something small then do another quest. See what happens.

If I'm not mistaken, it's points on hand - I remember buying a ton of stuff once I hit the top tier.

I agree with dalice. I'm pretty sure I had to do the same thing.
