I've been searching for a name for a pet that will work for my characters Lorkan and Galbraith. Lorkan is a hot-tempered blacksmith and Galbraith is a "doctor" and an undertaker... They are part of the same off-site story series as Inheritance, Manifest, and Hooked. (Inheritance and Manifest being recently renamed to represent the other two main pairs in my series.) The aspect of their story which makes me think Epitaph would be a great name is: Galbraith was once outgoing and lively, but after he lost his first love, he became very sullen. He is a ghost, in many ways, haunted by memories of a time when he was filled with happiness and hope. It takes him a while to admit that he has fallen in love with Lorkan and takes him even longer to reconcile himself to the idea of being happy again.

I really do think it would work perfectly but I also know that if I couldn't make the above idea work, I've got two other solid ideas at the ready... The first is for a fallen gladiator and the second for a historian who finds out that not all history is content to stay in the past. Both featuring some kind of immortal character... (I love immortal characters... I blame the Highlander series and Doctor Who. LOL) The fact I know what I'd do with him if, by some chance, the first idea doesn't work out is the only reason I am allowing myself to rush headlong into applying. XD

The majority of my character info will stay off-site but I love to work on TCs and I will eventually have customized profiles for all of them... Most of my pets are in a state of disrepair at this point but I am working on them behind the scenes. I'll probably never "complete" them and I am not interested in the spotlight but I love my babies all the same. :) Sishean and Vaako have the most recently updated coding (need to fix their pet name placements; looks like Subeta increased the standard font size for that at some point)... Escape has one of the best TC, in my opinion... Konnor is the most complete though he needs a new overlay... There is something about Cause that I really like though his TC is incomplete and he needs a color change and overlay since none of the Rreigns fit my image of dragonTristan... Regnant's not awful... The rest are... more broken.

That's fine! I've got plenty to keep me busy. Plus, I'll be getting my Loyalty Box (Yay! Free new pet slot!) on the 18th... I might be getting rid of three to five pets* before then but if I was chosen, the loyalty box slot would probably be the least disruptive way for me to make the space. LOL (I've also got those five new extra pet slots still available, if I want to spend the CSCs. But... They are kinda my last resort at this point.)

(*Hopefully by re-homing them... These three to five pets are the real name pets I'd been using for my characters before I decided to pair them under real words. Plus, the pet Trollop who I couldn't make work because her partner wouldn't cooperate.)

Anyway... If I start getting anxious for an update, I'll harass you just ask you in the politest way possible. XD
