Having the shops rotate is hard enough. When you add in the timers, it makes it even harder for people to get the items they need/want. If they only see the shop for say, 30 minutes, before they go to bed, they can only buy six items.

The Geschenkboutique has the most items, with 223 (I believe). In order to get every item (inb4 'no one can expect to have every thing ever on the site' or some bs) it would take 18.5 hours to get them all, assuming you sat here and purchased every five minutes exactly. That's two days of doing nothing but sitting on the computer, since the shops are only open in 10-hour intervals. What if you want items from the other shops too? You would be on here all day. That's not realistic.

I saw something about how the timers will be "drastically reduced" the last day (tomorrow). Unless that means 30sec-1 minute timers, I'd rather see them gone for tomorrow.

I actually like some sort of timer because my mouse is a little erratic and always causes me to buy multiples despite only clicking once. But I agree that 5 minutes is a little excess... The reason they do this is because they're forcing participation, keeping you coming back each day and struggling to get what you want in time. But it's just that time zones aren't fair.

I'd also like it for the last day, if all three shops were open at once, all day. x: I know that probably won't happen but one can dream.

I would really love to see the timers reduced. I had about 30 items on my WL this year, but I have a lot of catching up to do. To buy just my WL items and not worry about the rest of it, that's a bare minimum of 2 1/2 hours of sitting here, buying whenever I can. :l

Even if the shops aren't all open all day on the last day, it'd be nice if they could get rid of the timer at least. I'm not going to have much time to buy tomorrow since I have to work, so a reduced timer does fuck all for me.

[edit] And please tell me the timer will be reduced right away at midnight. I need it gone almost right when the boutique opens to have any hope of catching up on things this year
