I just came back after several years of hiatus. I've been a member for 4+ years, but only received an achievement and a medal for being a one-year member. I also remember receiving a loyalty box back in the day (2+ years ago, I think--certainly not this year) but shouldn't I be receiving more for the additional years of membership? I did visit the User Dashboard as I was instructed to, but there's nothing there.

It should trigger by visiting the User Dashboard but I remember some people recently having trouble with it. Try looking under the Basic section of your Achievements page and if that doesn't work then filing a ticket is your best shot.

Didn't happen. I checked the Achievements page, and this is what I see:

Which implies that I should have received boxes, but I didn't. I don't know how many I actually collected in the past (might be one or two) but I'm 100% sure I never collected the 4-year one, and there's a good chance I didn't get the 3-year one either.

But yeah, I guess I'll file a ticket. Thank you!
