Does achievement process roll over from one year to another? Like, should I be rushing to give Gunter ALL THE BEER right now?

You don't have to rush, if an achievement were to retire we'd be told ahead of time. So if you don't finish it this year there's always next.

What times do certain shops open and close? I only have 24 hours left and only started buying today. I can only get what is needed for the achievements, well, whatever I can get at least. Do the same items remain each year or do new items always replace the old?
