I'm 100% sure I haven't. this happened yesterday too, but I thought I must've forgotten that I'd already collected and didn't think anything of it - until it happened again. I have 3 pets with jobs and this is only happening for one of them. (Tourist Hotel Manager for Lakeview Resort, not sure if that has any bearing on the problem.) I'm using windows 7, latest chrome.

Go ahead and file a ticket to see if a UA can look into it for you. Let me know if it's something they can help you with or if it needs to be escalated to a programmer. :)

I decided to wait until midnight until making a ticket, just to double check, and I collected that pet's income with no problem this time. so I'm thinking maybe I just had a senior moment and forgot that I had indeed already collected his $, or am possibly crazy. either way, I think you can lock this now. orz
