I just wanted to ask a question about the wording on some achievements.

If the achievement is to collect a certain set of a particular item, does that mean in my collection. (ie. Lonely Penguin Plushies - the achievement says Collect them...am I to assume they need to be added to my plushie collection or does it mean that I have to have them in my inventory/vault?)

I just don't want to waste my items because of a wording comprehension issue on my part. Thank you.

anything that's collectable has to be Collected to count. Foods have to be eaten. Clothing needs to be in your Wardrobe, but it doesn't need to stay past awarding. (there are loan threads out there) Pet color achievements take a little longer to register, but you can zap/elixir your pet immediately after you get teh award notice.

I think I understand. So in essence, yes.

Thank you so much :)

you are welcome. Sorry about the wordiness, I just had my coffee.

The achievements I can think of that you 'have in your inventory' to get is the snow fairy one and the assembly (map/frankencritter) ones.

It was really for the Lonely Penguins. The wording was different for them and the newer achievements so I wanted to double check especially since I have some in my collection and stored in my vault.

hey! In general I think the ones that you only have to have them in your inventory, will specifically say that - 'have all of the x in your inventory at the same time.' Otherwise, it's pretty safe to assume they mean in your collection or read/fed to your pet, or in the wardrobe or whatever. Hope that helps :)

It does thank you. It seemed a silly question and I haven't taken an interest in achievements until now so it's good to know.

no, not a silly question at all! I think since there are now almost 2k achievements, it's been hard for staff to be 100% consistent in the wording of all of them, so a lot of them are a bit different in their descriptions of exactly what you need to do. I've been confused about a few of the new ones myself XD
