I know Carl stole some things from the pirates' stash to give away during Keelhaul, but it would be nice if he could change his prizes and add current and past Keelhaul items to his stash. They could be given out rarely (same as with Sargent and his giving past Anniversary items out rarely) but would be nice for those of us that don't have as much luck RSing pirate-themed items

I don't support this idea, as much as I would like an extra opportunity to grab Keelhaul items. They stay well-valued, sought-after, and popular because they are only available for such a short period of time every year. Besides, this was the first time they have ever been available outside of the Freyalise shop itself and lucky vends. I don't see them extending it more.

I also don't support that idea. it'll end up like everything from quentin's quest except the amulets. they will be worth a few thousand sP each. I believe subeta needs to have items that are worth something instead of a bunch of cheap items.

major drills is already set to give out retired items though, before keel hauliday i got the purple pirate ship plushie from him, so theres no point in having carl give out these items.

No support. Besides, Major Drills will still have a (really tiny) chance of giving them out, and there's always next year.

I could maybe get behind them being added to the pool of items he can give out while sleeping, but otherwise nah. If they continue having Carl hand them out during Keel Hauliday, there are plenty of opportunities to get the items.

I support, only if the chance to get them is like 1-3% of the time from awake carl.

I don't think the idea of Carl continuing to give them out is terrible though, as long as it's restricted. How about for when Carl is WSQ? I should think that's limiting enough.

I was gonna support your only on WSQ idea, because this has limited quest-specific items that other quest grantors give out so they have value but:

Has Carl ever been the WSQ for more than forty minutes or so and then it gets changed to somebody else? I can't remember it happening that he was it for the whole weekend.

He has been WSQ for the duration, except for that time when WSQs were acting up and changing around. He doesn't seem as if he gets picked much though.

I wouldn't mind him giving out Keelhauliday items when he falls asleep. Honestly, that would make his quests worth sitting through. He usually gives me junk and I lose sP during his regular quests, and when he falls asleep, I end up getting deflated rare items. The only time I got decent rares/super rares while he was sleeping was during Keelhauliday, and that's when I didn't want them!

He maybe falls asleep once if I do all 15 quests. I highly doubt that'll devalue the items much.

Can't you only do Carl if you have the map? I thought that was why he was never a WSQ.

I wish this would happen only to help my pirate collection. x) I don't really mind the items losing value- I just like them! xD

Subeta team already has a heavy hand in driving down item values with events/freebies/re-releases. Please dont give them more ideas, my Vault worth drops weekly XD j/k
