I have one rude buyer on ebay.They saying its my fault that the didn't pay me.They claiming I was supposed to send invoice on how to pay..which is funny to me.Ebay sends every buyer a email with a link when they win a auction on how to pay.SO why would I send a invoice when ebay sent them a link to pay me?I never seen anything saying sellers HAVE to send invoices.

I have filed a unpaid item claim.I can't figure out where to report the buyers nasty message. This is just 1 line from there message "I can't believe how you could think you could just send me a message such as that. I don't know who the (blank) you think you are."

I haven't used that site in awhile, but isn't it set up where the winner of an auction gets an automatic confirmation that they've won the item? And that's the form (or email) that usually has all the payment information on it, if I remember correctly.

Definitely would contact customer support or help about it and see if something technical went wrong somehow and try and get to the bottom of it. I'm not certain if they have a report messages option there but if the language or message violated any terms, you should be able to contact customer support about that as well.

yep they send a email to winner on how to pay the seller.I found out how to report my buyer.I even opened a unpaid item case.Not long after reporting them I got another message from them apologizing to me for there mouth.

Waiting to get my money cause there outside the u.s. so package will take awhile to reach them.Can't get money till 3 days after they get package or when they leave feedback.

Yeah... wut. The moment you buy the item it immediately asks you to pay ...

Can I ask why you sent the item if they didn't pay? This is seriously like an obvious thing to not do. If they haven't paid (international or not) it's up to you to ship it AFTER they paid. Please hun, never, never, NEVER send an item until after the payment has been made and cleared into your paypal account. This way you aren't out an item if they don't pay. This happens a lot and sadly ebay tends to side with buyers when things like this happen even though the buyer is in the wrong. By sending it before payment has cleared it looks as if you were okay with the style of transaction. Always get paid FIRST. I always state "Items will be shipped within 3-5 business days after payment has cleared.". That way your T&Cs are clear, ebay can see it and side with you, and the buyer is aware of that when they bid so everythings clear on both ends.

While I don't agree with their statement as Ebay sends and email letting them know they have won said item (and its there in big green font "YOU WON" when they log into ebay) for them to pay. With buyer like this I have experience where they left me negative feedback for opening a case against them for unpaid items. They will lower your feedback score and there is nothing you can do about it. Hell, things are pretty shady there. A few years back I bought an apple computer... when it arrived I found it had some weird admin lock on it, called the company, and WHOOPS it was a stolen computer! Dealt with ebay, paypal, and the police... the guy got busted for stealing over 27 laptops and computers from LAUSD and STILL to this day is selling on ebay. He left me negative feedback stating I backed out of my end, beware, and other choice rude things and ebay wouldn't remove it even though they were aware he was selling STOLEN merchandise. Really watch your back with crappy buyers.

You need to report it to ebay and let them know at this point you are ceasing contact with the buyer because they are becoming rude over nothing. It is their responsibility to pay for an item when they win something.

Do you have a "Item must be paid for within 48 hrs of winning" statement on your lots? I always suggest posting something like this so they have to pay within a time frame. If they don't work something out before the listing ends with you and they fail to communicate or pay within the stated time, send a reminder, and if nothing after another 24 hrs, open an unpaid item case.

They paid me but ebay holds the funds till the buyer leaves feedback or 3 days after delivery.Then ebay releases funds to the seller.

sellers can only leave positive or no feedback for there buyers.Ive got a jerk who broke a SIM slot in a item and ebay is making me give them a refund(even though they broke it and left me positive feedback)..and im getting a broken item back.

are you a new seller? I've never had ebay or paypal hold funding even from out of the country purchases...

The stolen computer seller is kinda like my local phone store.It buys and sells stolen phones.They got in trouble and now they still buy and sell stolen phones.Now the seller has to sign a paper stating that the store is not responsible if the item is stolen.That the one who sold it to the store will be held responsible.

The world is full of thieves.I know someone who has to lock his garden up cause people steal his carrots and things.he has a big dog pen around garden and pad locks it.
