I checked the news and forums to see when they might have done it but it seems to have been some time back. In all honesty, I'm merely curious about it. If someone could link me to the news post that announced it? So I can see how to get an invite?

Basically, you can wait until you find one (via random event while surfing the site) or buy it from usershops ^_^; Subq still restocks (intervals vary from 30 min to an hour I believe), but they restock a lot more items at a time now c:
