Honestly, I don't use these anymore, but I think they were meant to be private. I have no idea since the person who released them is no longer on subeta and I believe I saw someone selling a kitty cone at one point.

Hoping someone can shed some light on these. I'll definitely respect the no sell policy if there is one, but I'd also love to sell them to buy other wears.
