In the past I've always gotten a 20 Point Wizard Token for each finished Wizard Quest and a 20 Point and a 50 Point for the 10th quest of the day. Yesterday I got a few 15 Points instead of 20 Points. Is this a new change or have I just been lucky before?

The token amount decreases if you take too long to do the quest. Off the top of my head you get 20 points if you complete it in the first 30-60 seconds :)

Survivor is exactly right. If you don't complete it quickly (like in the first minute or two), you'll get a 15 point token instead of the regular 20. I've had exactly that happen to me and I try to get the quest completed as quickly as possible.
