wow WTF? They get a young girl to "agree" to help catch a bad kid then throw her under a bus? What asshats! I doubt upon the girl agreeing to help that they contacted her parents or other legal adult responsible for her to get their permission. Where was any other help for other bathrooms? Maybe the boy saw more than usual teachers at the other one and said fuck it and told her to use the other to avoid trouble on his end. Then when she IS harmed they just go -hands up- "it was her own risk"... which now means OTHER kids can have some other asshat kid show up hurt them and the teachers will say the same thing...

I'd be pulling my kid from this school and start a petition for those teachers jobs AND removal of the kid.

I really want to follow up and see the principal and vice principals get into some real trouble over this case. They deserve more than a firing for having apathy over a situation like this in their own school and allowing it to happen when it was all within their own power.

It actually makes me sick to see the subeta filters replace "f---" with "love" in this scenario.

As this school is apparently run by people not smart enough to think past their own noses, the plan failed, with disastrous results. As a society who has been raised that nothing is ever our fault and in a smooth delegating of blame that would make any republican cream his panties, the school hoisted up their slack jaws enough to assume once again that all women are cock hungry sluts who have no control over their flaming loins of filthy lust and a FOURTEEN YEAR OLD SPED KID OOoooobviously consented to getting raped, because, damn, those vaginas. Can't rein them in.

Meanwhile, folks, these people are educating our next generation. They are the zero point breeding ground of what our future holds, and the morals, ideas and perceptions that can shape the world to come. Ain't y'all terrified ?

I am so, so sad for this poor girl. And even a little bit sad for the boy, because no one is willing to get him the help he clearly needs.

This actually happened; I'm trying to figure out why ANYONE would actually seriously even consider this a logical plan of action. As for the whole substantiating rape, why should it even be substantiated in the first place. The boy has a pretty expensive history of inappropriate conduct and he was never punished and yet multiple girls have alleged that he either spoke to them inappropriately or touched them inappropriately; that's more than enough proof.

There's also the fact that legally the vice- principal's statement that once the girl entered the bathroom she was no longer their responsibility makes absolutely no sense since LEGALLY, students in a school are the responsibility of the school. I remember having to learn that in my AP Government class in high school and as long as a student is on school grounds and they are under the age of 18 they are legally the responsibility of the school they're attending.

I saw this a week ago and I'm still fucking livid over it. At least now it's getting national attention so something should come out of it...hopefully. That doesn't change the fact that it happened, or that disgusting fucking...fucking idiot buttheads (literally so upset I can't think of a better insult) like this are in positions like this in schools. UGH UGH UGH UGH UGH!!!!! That poor girl, I hope she gets the help she needs to get over this and has an amazing life :(

Sorry if someone's already posted the link, but this is so important. What those people did is NOT okay. The job of a principal and vice principal is to protect students, not cause them harm.

I literally have no words for this. This is so awful, so obviously wrong from start to finish...I just can't comprehend the stupidity, the denial, the heartlessness and the utter hopelessness I feel at reading this.

This is absolutely horrible. I don't think I can efficiently put into words just hoe terrible this entire situation is, and how awful it is that this girl was put up to the task in the first place. The principle should have immediately shut down the idea if nothing else. The Aide should never have even suggested such a thing. That boy should never have been thrown out of the case for being a minor. Everything about this story is just wrong.

This makes me so sick that they can do this crap. I cannot believe that they would just let something like this go unpunished.
