It doesn't mark Retired so it should be there but I've seen many of them but the orange one. I know it is rare but I've seen other rare ones restocking as well.
I'd love to know if someone has seen any on the shop restocking.

at that rarity of 81 over the course of a week, we won't see many of these at all. They'd likely be grabbed first before you ever see them, and then users who do snag them will want them for themselves.
So, the rarity can tell us how often will the item restock?

Rarity is fairly meaningless IME. You'd think r99 would be the most rare, right? Yet many games and events give out r99 items, so no r98 items are more rare in practice. I'm making a guess from my years of restocking experience.
I restock all over the place, and over the course of any random day I myself might snag three or four r81+s over all the shops I visit. FTC is only one shop and EVERYONE is shopping there.
Well, that doesn't help much but thanks for the information. I guess I am going to have to trust that the item is restocking and -hopefully- someone who doesn't need it will snag it and be willing to sell it at a lower price than the SS.
