Is there a way you can do this on Subeta?

Like a Twitter thing? There's a feed that shows you what your friends are doing, if they let their activities show up there, but that's only for users you are friends with. No way to follow anyone on site, unless it's mutual.

many people have Recent Posts/Topics on their User Profile. But even if they don't you can substitute their usernumber for yours in your own Recent Posts/Topics. This way you can see what they're saying. Profile Comments are also public in this way, so the only private communications here are by sMail.
