I'm not the best restocker... I'll try and fail but at least I tried... but is there a SLIVER of a chance that those new Keelhaul items might be vendable anywhere? My mind is going on me so I'm not 100% sure, I usually just ignore this mini event and move on but I'd like to try and get a few items just for the sake of having them. So if you CAN vend for them /where/ are they vended from. Thank you.

I'd try Ocean Depths. I know they used to vend from there, I haven't tried yet this year c:

True, I want to say the Freyalise Trading Co. is one of the shops OD pulls from though. Good luck catching some items (and a tip, the lower rarity items always tend to stick around later in the week for easier restocking. So any you don't vend by then you might have a better chance to RS in later days~) c:
