So I'm doing my monthly search for books to read to stardust and I noticed this, and I don't remember seeing it before.

I clicked the "Library Quest" link provided, I was thinking it was something I could buy in the Library's new quest shop, but it's not there. Does this mean that this item "Omen Islands Fairy Tales" is an item you can only get by doing Library Quests?
