One is about accounts that are going to be eligible for clearing: When that happens, will the pet names on those accounts be available as well? The other is about loyalty boxes: How do I get them? From my understanding you should get one when you complete two years here and one every year after that, right? Then how come I never got one? I couldn't find any topics about these matters (granted I'm awful at finding things on the site though...considering I came back to the site this week) so I do hope this doesn't sound too dumb! You have to visit the user dashboard for the loyalty box. There was a problem with the achievement recently though. I don't know if it's been fixed. People have been told to file a ticket if they're missing their boxes.

And yes, you get a loyalty box by viewing your User Dashboard once you've been here 2+ years, every year on your join date (note, it shows up at the exact date and time you joined). I know there was an issue with the achievement handing out too many boxes so it was turned off for awhile, I think it was turned back on now, but I'm not 100% sure.
