There's a little baby kitten that lives out back behind my apartment. I've been feeding it literally since it was born.
There were 3 of them and a momma. But I'm pretty sure the other 2 babies died because I only saw one and the momma for a couple months and now momma is gone too and it's just the one little baby.
I still feed it everyday and recently it's been coming up and sitting on the deck with me and curling up in my lap while I sit outside. However, my roomie won't let me bring it in because she's allergic.
Tomorrow though, I'm going to my mom's. She said she would take the kitten for me. The little guy is out back and I went down with some milk and tried to get it out from under the car but he is trying so hard to attack the birds that he won't let me near it right now. I just need to have it before I leave in the morning so I have all night to work on it - but I need some tips on how to get him so I can take him to a loving home :)
Suggestions?
Cats are so pompous. Well, all i can think of is to wait for it to come to you. Then be prepared to toss it into a cage. :P
If he curls up with you, that's GREAT. But yes, get some tempting treats (canned cat food works wonders for some cats! Chicken especially.) and sit where you usually do. Call him if you can, and just wait....he'll get tired of the birds and come. Have a soft towel/blanket, and wear long sleeves and be prepared for a freak out and to hold on tight. He'll probably howl all night contained, but a loving home is going to be worth it for him. <3

Thanks :D I'm gonna leave in about an hour, and he's out there right now... so I'm gonna give it a try!
I'll let you know how it goes
Well it takes time if you still haven't cought it. Just kinda feed it and then slowly work your way as it eats but don't rush it . it takes weeks to catch them.
