I'm not sure if this is the best place to put this question, , please move it, if need be.

Anyway, I am considering getting a device smaller than my laptop for optimal portability. However, I am totally unaware of how to use either the Kindles or any Tablets. 😜

I guess my main question is, can I easily access all aspects of the site from these devices?

Do you use either of them to play on Subeta? Do you have any complaints? What kind do you have? I am looking to making a purchase in the very near future, so any information asap would be greatly appreciated!!

Thanks in advance! 💖

The Help forum is just the right place for this. :)

There's no separate mobile version of Subeta right now. There used to be, but it was fairly limited in scope. The new idea is to make the one site work for both regular computers and mobile devices, and it works pretty well (though they're always looking for feedback).

Yes, you can play on a tablet, I'm actually using one right now to respond! I've never used a kindle, but I assume it has a web browser as well. Subeta is pretty fast for me, and I encounter no problems questing or buying from the token shop, you might have some trouble restocking though. You also can't play most "flash" games, aside from matlals jewels, so if you're an avid gamer you'll be out of luck. I personally love my tablet and use it all the time to play Subeta! c: (Also, I use the full site, not mobile, it works great!)

Let me know if you have any questions.

Thank you very much!!

I could just kiss you right now! hehe That's exactly the response I was hoping to get!! I won't be doing any major restocking and I'm not much of a gamer. I just like to work on my pets, play in my wardrobe and talk to my friends. Yay!!

Ok, so now.. what kind of tablet do you have? As I said, I have no idea about any of them. And does it matter how much storage space there is? Thank you!

...Ah, is right. I've just had the mobile version of the site disabled for a while because it's easier for me to access various minimod stuff from the main site (and I rarely use Subeta from my phone anyway). Sorry for the confusion.

It shouldn't matter to Subeta how much storage space is on your tablet, but if you want to discuss specific computers that's better suited to Chit Chat. :)

Yep, don't think storage space matters much. I'm currently using a Galaxy Note 10.1, but I've also used a Nook that's worked just as well. :) If you have any more questions, you could probably get [User=HopefulNebula] to move the thread, or you can smail/comment me!

I use my iPad to play subeta all the time so yes you can.

That said, at least on iPad there are some features that might not necessarily work like flash games and layering in wardrobe.

I use my Kindle to look at Subeta all the time (but mostly just while I'm eating breakfast). One piece of advice would be to add the navigation widget to the sidebar, since you can't hover over the top menus on a touch screen.

I use my kindle all the time for various things on the site. There's just a few things that you can't do with it, like you can't switch items in pet treasures/sticker collection and for some reason the Achievements page doesn't load properly and it would be good to add some sort of navigation to the sidebar widget since drop-down menus don't work very well. I personally use the notepad widget and put links in it for all my navigation, but I think there's a separate navigation widget also.

I was asking about the storage because I want to make sure there's enough memory to run Subeta. ;)

Thank you for the additional info. Again, I was wondering about the storage because I want it to be able to run smoothly while I'm playing.

Hey guys, thanks for the feedback! The wardrobe layering is something that is definitely important to me. Hmm... I'm really not sure what move to make next. I wish I could test a couple out and see how they support Subeta.

- I am SO glad you asked about this...I struggle a little with my Kindle but I think it is because I wasn't using the navigation widget - thank you for that info ! Now eager to try Subeta on the Kindle again... :D

Again, I'm really not sure about storage, although someone at a store/reviews online might be able to tell you more. For reference I was able to autoprice 3000+ items in my shop while using my tablet without any crashing, it did however take a few minutes. Also, a while back there was a suggestion for the staff to add buttons to the wardrobe which allowed you to move layers up/down, but, I'm not sure what came of that. :c It'd definitely be helpful. I'm still able to put together outfits, just a little more slowly than on my desktop. :) Also, just a little more info, a note's stylus allows you to hover over most menus, including Subeta ones. I rarely used it though, just because I'm too lazy. ;D

I am actually googling the one you have now. You mentioned the hovering... are you able to preview wardrobe items? Like if they are in your inventory or in a users shop?

Sweet! Thanks!!! I'm heading to bed and have to work tomorrow.. but I'll be around after 11:30ish Subeta time. If I think of anything else, I'm sure I'll be asking, if you don't mind. ;)

-- i use my tablet sometimes to play, but is much differend than a compu... u can play for sure, i like it too, the only problem i have is to use the menue up, like search shops, my pets, explore, all this and special -- i can't logout without many try. i use it the time we have masquerade here and it was not easy to move in forum, but is normal if u wanna use a thing where u see everything very smaller than normal, is not so easy to play... :)

but it works...
