I received a (black coin) from a scratchcard and can't do much with it. It used to be possible to use it at the coin machine, but I believe that changed when the newer coins came out(?).

Since the scratchcards can still give out the older coins, it would be great if the older coins could either be used again at the Coin Machine or for the coin prize to be changed to only give out the newer coins.

The description for the black coin still says, "Use this coin at the Coin Machine for a chance of winning a great prize! ".

I think it would be cool if you could turn in old coins for newer ones or something like that. Sure some of them are nice for TC fodder but not many people are rushing to use them like that.

Yeah these def. need to be changed/phased out to the updated coins. What kind of a prize is it when it is completely useless?

I think this was probably overlooked by accident - any chance this could be switched over?

I love scratchcards, and I really don't agree with this Suggestion. Scratchcard are and always have been profitable to scratch. I have scratched tens of thousands of these, and done a statistical analysis on the first five thousand or so.

Just like Vendors aren't ever certain they're gonna get r99s with every vend, there's just no reason all scratchcard scratches or all coin scratches should be super special. Just like a vendor has to take a long view, so with scratchcards. If they haven't changed the odds around with this reboot, a jackpot is around one in every seven hundred fifty cards.

Not every scratchcard prize is equally valuable to everyone. I have battlepets, so a stat boost for me is worth 60-90KsP. To someone who doesn't ...not so much and it may seem useless. Awww. If out of the very nice prizes there are possible, this particular one annoys them so much, they're not made to scratch. Consider it part of the cost of the Acheivement, if all y'all like.

The coin result in particular gives out Donation Present coins worth a TON, and it also gives out Morostide edible coins which used to be worth nothing but now that Quentin is so nice have been going up in value. The old coins, now they are dropping in value. Things in Subets change how about that.

There is a difference between not profitable and unsellable.

I agree with virus. It should be that you have to option to change it in case some people wants to keep the old ones for tc's, galleries, etc.
