Is this only available as an achievement prize? For 50 scratched scratchcards?

I've gone past 50 a long time ago... Does this mean I won't be ever able to get this scratchcard? Or is there still another way /hope?

they upped the tiers so you can scratch 250 of them or is it 500? Its a lot. and you'll get another. Or you can buy one with sP.
