I cant seem to find the shoutbox paintbrush in the cashshop has it been taken out or moved? If so where can I buy it, preferably for csc not sp. Thank you.

It's not in the Cash Shop any more. The option was moved to the bottom of the SB. Look for the Change Color button. :)
