Is it true? Is there a chance to finish her quests? If so, where is it?

i thought Amy died. That was during the islander/pirate war? (idk its been a while)

Nope, it's not possible. I thought the quest used to be marked retired? I'd assume it's a mistake that it's been unmarked (unless of course Elsie decides to take up the quests but I'd assume she'd be given a different achievement if she did)

That's what I thought, since she's dead. But under achievements it DOES say completer...

Well yeah, but that's just part of the achievement name, it doesn't actually mean anything about whether the achievement is currently possible :x

I thought so too, so it's probably a glitch. Amy's quests definitely aren't available (and it used to say "Amy Quest Completer" as well, as that's just the name of the achievement).
