So I have a pretty big shop. 30k+ unique items. It's always been a pain in the ass to load. Well, that is until it suddenly cleared up a few weeks ago. Cool, I thought, they did something to make shops load faster!

Fast forward to today when I go to try to load my shop and am met with the dreaded Subeta Down page. I refresh and eventually my shop shows up. Well, fuck. What's different between today and yesterday? I try to figure out.

Then it strikes me. I activated a gold account today. My shop is showing all of the lowest prices below each of the items. That has to be why it was fast yesterday and today isn't loading. So, what if users had the option to toggle on or off that lowest price display in their shop. Honestly, I would much rather have my shop load in a fast manner than have the prices of items show. BUT I do love that feature and intend on using it (rather than autoprice) when I start selling things again, so what if we could just decide when we want it or not?

I feel like I've complained about this so many times already. It's such a pain to load when 99% of the time I'm not even using that information.

What do you mean not the best implementation? Does that mean that you just did a quick job and could recode it better later, or does it mean that it's not the best fix in general? (Also for reals hook a squid up with a helper achievement I AM FULL OF GREAT IDEAS!!)

I cant search specific items without losing the lowest price thing.

So this is a good idea for big shops and all, and I realize this is just a quick and dirty fix, but could the option to have lowest prices display at least persist across sorting/pages? If I click display prices and then sort my shop or go to another page, the lowest prices disappear. But if I sort or navigate to the desire page first and then click show lowest prices, it takes me back to the first page, default sorting.

Flipping heck, that gave me a big fright when all the prices suddenly disappeared! Took me a while to notice that BIG GREEN BUTTON, lol. Can't say I'm in favour of it as I always refer to lowest prices, but I guess I'll get used to waiting for it to load up.

edit - oh pooh, no I don't like this at all :( I can see lowest price only on the first page, once I click to go to the next they all disappear and clicking to show the lowest takes me back to the first page again.

I don't mind this, however, I can't use it in categories. That's just not good for me. The lowest price display is one of my main reasons for getting a GA. Not being able to access it in categories halves the value of the GA for me.

If we sort by price, highest to lowest (or sorting by any means) we no longer can see lowest price.

Please make it being always on, or always off, a default.

Found out that if we tack on "&show_lowest=1" manually to the page (once its sorted) it will keep the page sorting and display lowest prices.

- And as a thought, shouldn't be be default to have prices show, and make it optional to disable lowest prices?

Had to add this in at the end of all the stuff in my address bar to get it to show prices after doing any kind of specific search: &show_lowest=1 It works but it's SUPER annoying.

I wish this change would not have been made until it could be coded properly, especially since I have a lot of stuff from "Double Quest" day I am trying to price and this means I have to load pages twice.

I hope there will very very soon (NOT soonâ„¢) be a way to keep it toogled on for people like me who weren't having a problem and use this feature all the time.

Please please fix it tonight or remove it until you can get the code right. Otherwise, you'll have just effectively ruined what had been a great day because I am very upset over this change.

I cannot activate my GA "perk" of seeing lowest shop price and still sort my shops. No way to see what is sellable and what is fraggable or what I want to hold on to with out that. So awesome, Saggi wsq and I can't add a single item I've restocked or got from questing on this awesome double quest day to my shop because I can't see what anything costs when I try to sort them.

Please please fix.

Also chiming in asking for "fix now or remove until it can be properly coded" because only having it on the first page is a royal pain when I always use the lowest price feature. I appreciate Aeon's workaround but really... ugh. :(

Why could our shops just not be left the way they were,I set mine to show lowest price and it has now went back to the way it was.What is the point in us having GA's.

It might be fine for people with Big shops but for others who do not have a Big shop it is a pain in the rear.Ok you put a toggle button but it does not work so really a waste of time.Please take this away many people use the lowest price to price their items but now we will all have to search for the prices so how is that going to help people with their big shop.

No, it's not fixed.

Lowest prices persist across pages now but not when sorting.

I also hope that some option will be added in the near future to toggle the default preference for displaying lowest prices. I would prefer to leave them on by default and not have to constantly tell my shop to display them.

My shop doesn't load any faster than it did before. It still takes 30+ seconds, even when it's not displaying lowest prices.

When I tried it out, it seemed it would keep the prices there across the pages with all items listed (the standard Edit page) but it still won't stick when I paged away or when I did a specific search. When I did a specific search and try to get it to list prices there, it'd just take me back to the "standard edit page" just like before.

Anyway, I am glad it has been removed for now. Thank you for that!
