Someone know where to find sebastian phoenix that will collect tax please?

he's a Random Event, sadly. I spent a year with nine digits in my pocket trying to entice him to come along and tax me. I ended up spending a big chunk of it thinking it just wasn't gonna happen and then he came along.

I know he takes 3% sp without warning on fery difference times. But I wonder if he can do more at the random event eccept onley take tax.

I don't understand the added value of its function in concrete practical meaning of the site to recruit users.

I hope I don't come across too negative with this critical attitude. I don't need to have a problem with that he tooks tax, but I find it unbalanced as he does not check out something else on other moments where you have more notes of his goodness as a character.

I put all my sp as quicley as posspble in my vault. Especially now Saggitarius does the weekend quests.

I prefer to keep my sp for friends and if I'm in a good mood fill a wish from somebody with a wrapped gift.

It could be possible I don't care so much about each kind of getting some archievements.

You can't really do anything to encourage him to visit, other than go to a lot of different pages. But then you are as likely to get the other random events instead of him.
