I've been on this site for years but I'm still pretty oblivious to the ways of CSC. My question is, if I have an unbelievably and stupidly small amount of CSC, is there anyway I can get rid of it other than in the Cash Shop? I can't buy anything with 20 CSC as far as I am aware, and I am honestly tired of seeing it sitting there as it has done for well over a year.

or you could try to watch some videos and accumulate enough to buy something. You'd just have to first decide what you want then which videos will add up to that amount.

watch videos. If you already watched all the videos, you can redeem a Raffle Ticket to a chance of CS. WIth luck, you'll get 5~7 points, then you'll have 25 CSC to spend on Ooh La Layers and 1 or 2 to spend on +1 stickers. You can also wait for a 20% discount promotion and buy something that was 25 CSC for 20.
