Does anyone know how to trigger them? I've tried viewing both wardrobes and my "filled wardrobe" achievement is still on zero. O.o

looks like this is one of the glitched collection Achievements that is not accumulating, because mine is also one tier below where it should be.

you are welcome. I had just gone up to that tier like 20 minutes before Achivements went wonky so I've been awaiting this fix with some antici..... pation.
