Yes. I was surprised to see it still there when I remembered to check the RB the other day.

It is long over due, but I don't think removing it will make much difference to anything. I'm fairly sure that bottom right item was kept blank every day before the festival litter was added. Presumably it will just go back to being blank, rather than giving us an extra recycling option.

I thought the bottom right corner was reserved for Random items. I like this idea, and additionaly I Suggest that that square go back to doing that when the Festival Litter is removed.

I just turned in my festival litter today >:D because I'm lazy. I do think it should become something else though.

I also think it's about time for the festival litter to be removed from the recycle beast. It's been there for quite awhile!

the thing is there are a lot of festival litter still in user shops.... at 16,000 sP if they remove it it would be useless and the price will go down... making more crap for the donation center

i would love to see the 10th anniversary later in the recycle beast, or every other item like this in every site event that has it or let us fragmentize it :x
