Ok so in the past I got a loyalty box, I picked what I wanted and got a totem with the prize, now I get a list, I pick what I want and sents me to another place on the site but nothing happens. How do I use it?

. You should be able to pick what you want when you click the box and pick what you want where does it send you.

Also it could be a glitch if it is a glitch you should make a ticket and see what one of the staff says

For example, if I pick the new pet slot, it sends me to the pets area. If I pick three months of gold account, it sends me to the cash shop where you can buy the gold account. But I don't get anything.

. I would make a ticket if the totem isn't giving you what you chose.

. I would make a ticket and possibly a thread in Problems & Bugs. I just opened a box a few days ago and it worked fine
