I am awful at self-introductions. I can never make it funny. I'm very awkward around other people and I'm afraid of being hurt by others. I will probably not be the person to make the professor laugh. I have decided that revealing that I know many ways to kill someone would probably not be in my best interests. EDIT: I've posted. That's alright! It sounded like they were going to be looking for lots of different qualities, so humor isn't the most important thing. There are tons of interesting and enchanting stories about different constallations, I'm sure you could find one you relate to and go from there. :) I'm going to work on it tomorrow, I'm wiped from the day and probably wouldn't form a conhesive sentence, let alone a winner C:

I got a question guys. The charm has to be created or we just have to take one from the movies? o:

The task:

"Now, your Charms assignment....you must find and report the Charm you would most like to learn, and tell the class why you want to learn it. If you don't know any Charms....I suppose you will have to either do your reading, or make one up....just make sure you follow this definition:"

A charm is a spell that adds certain properties to an object or creature. Charms are distinguished from transfigurations in that a charm adds or changes properties of an object; it focuses on altering what the object does as opposed to what the object is.

(OOC: Timed again! You'll have at least a couple of days, heheh.)

It sounds like we can do either (but I'm not 100% sure). If you google "Harry Potter Charms" I'm sure there are lists online so you can read and pick your favorite from there or you can make something up as long as it fits the description.

I would love to learn "Ascendio". I think it is a very useful spell; it can save me from enemies in a fierce battle, or I can use it to grab a book or something that is high (because I'm small like a hobbit), without using a ladder :D
