Someone on my thread here (New Clothing Sets) very nicely answered part of my question and showed me all the new sets. I got looking at the Magic School set and a very small detail caught my eye. Looking closer at that set made me realise something very significant about that set - it's based on the Ravenclaw house! Whoever drew that clothing set must either be part of Ravenclaw House or just really loves that house lol! There's simply nothing wrong with that! :P
I don't know if it'd be possible, but it'd be kinda neat if that set was recoloured so that all the different Hogwarts Houses were represented. That way you can get the house colours that you either know you're a part of (if you've gone through the Sorting at Pottermore) or get the house colours of the house you feel your heart most desires. Either that or you can just collect the whole set just cuz you can lol!
The rest of the sets could possibly be sold in NPC shops. I don't think it'd be fair to put all the house colours in the outfit choices as that would be probably too many outfits for one and there could be mixed emotions if they were added later on by people who would've wanted another house colour when they were given the option of choosing a clothing set for a second time for two.

Yes please , i want a Slytherin set! (also wanted to be in Slytherin on Pottermore but got sorted to Ravenclaw =.= )
If anything I think the single item should be changed so it isn't a specific house.
Unless all the sets are going to be be recolored, I don't think one set should be.
...but we already have different academy scarves and sweaters for each house. Not to mention the glowing wands from the reading drive. I get wanting more representation, but for what it is, which is a starter set, it would feel too much like Harry Potter if there were 4 Harry Potter sets. I mean you don't see the one based off Twilight getting a Team whichever dude was not Edward or the one based off The Hunger Games getting other tributes done. /shrugs edit: Even if it's not a starter set, I'm just not feeling this. How can you tell it is Ravenclaw? By the slight navy on the robe? There are maybe one or two items that have a minute amount of navy.
Navy on the robe, the silver and navy on the tie and the blue on the crest on the vest. It's very obvious that it's a Ravenclaw outfit.
I don't see why there can't be 4 house sets. One that's free and 3 that you can buy in pieces. So it feels like Harry Potter. I'm sure there are a lot of users who would embrace the fact that there would be a magical set that pertains to their house of choice. There are a lot of HP lovers on this site. It wouldn't be making the site any more HP than Google (using Google as an example as you can find a whole bunch of HP imagery on that site) would be just because of house colours being represented in 4 different sets.

I don't think this makes sense because by nature the Magic School items are a newbie starter set that originate in the wardrobe. It wouldn't be consistent to release everything but one set a particular way. The best way to appease everyone would be to recolor that set to something that isn't indicative of a specific house.

I agree that they should just make it non-house specific instead of releasing 3 recolors just because it's Harry Potter
The only piece you can't really use for another house is the shirt and tie, and there are alternatives on site for that. The robes can be used for another house, even though a small part happens to be blue, and the pin on the vest can be covered, especially if you wear the robes with it anyway
