By now, I have two stamps on my loyalty card. I did get a reward - the Pug Plushie. My problem is: I don't know when I got it - no event - I don't know where I got it - did we have to go to the reward card page? I went there a few times, but no idea when the plushie went into my inventory - and I don't know why I got especially that item. I had actually thought that we would choose the items ourselves, and after finding out that apparently they just appear in your inventory. Thus I wondered if I there was a certain order of appearance, but unfortunately it does seem to be random which item you get - please correct me if wrong, and tell me what I did wrong.

I have to say that I find it kinda pointless to make the loyalty rewards specifically for a certain group of people, with a system that looks like it's tiered, with countable stamps for countable purchases - there is even a "you are on level x" message-, and then give out random items. Sorry, but if you are gonna give me stamps, let me choose what I get with these stamps. I thought I could buy CSC and earn "points", "stamps", "level", whatever you call it, so I can save up for what I want from the item pool - in my case the cat leggings. They are a great item, they look cool, and I thought that a few stamps would easily get me there. In the end I got a plushie that, while cute, has no real use to me as I'm rather not focused on collecting. Now it's gonna take maybe $20 more, maybe $40 or maybe even $80 to get the item I wanted - I can't know how much. And I don't like that. If you want to reward the people who support the site with money, do it in a manner that actually rewards them with stuff they like. Otherwise it's pointless.

So here's my suggestion, please at least for when the next card will be introduced: Give us at least firmly tiered prizes, or let us choose them.

Is it random which stamp you get, then? told me she got the leggings on her second stamp, and the book on her third.

I thought so as there are more stamps then items, but I thought each stamp would just be worth a certain amount of points, or a level.

Aaaaaah, so I had a misunderstanding of her phrasing then - she meant on the second big stamp, I guess? It made no sense to me when she said "second stamp", as I do have two - just not two big ones.

The mystery is solved then. Sorry, I was really confused, especially because I got no notification anywhere - maybe it would be useful to display on the card site which items come with which stamp, or in which order, or at least which ones you already got. Thank you and Keith for your super fast answers!

PS: the level thing is confusing. Seeing that we get an item every other stamp, wouldn't it make more sense for me to be on level 1?
