Items in this low availability shouldnt be priced on what they do =P I cant give you a price on it but i know i would price mine (i dont have one) at the 250mil range just based on the amount available.
This one wasn't that rare back then and there's still a "decent" (by my InSaNe standards) amount. It's basically useless, and useless weapons, if not one of a kind or very desirable to wear (among people who care, like the briefcase) don't really fetch 250. I'd say somewhere in the 100 range would be a good offer, but it'd really take a collector (yes they exist)
