I've been a member for over 7 years, but haven't played in about 3. I read that certain loyalty items are acquired annually after being a member for two years, and that these can allow username changes (which I'd like to do, if I become an active member once again!). However, I don't have those items in my inventory. Is there a new item that does this, or a page I need to visit to get my hands on a new username? Thanks! xo

Unfortunately loyalty boxes have been temporarily removed (">link) but will hopefully be back soon. c: When they return, go to your user dashboard to claim them. You can also change your username for 1000 CSC here, but I'd just wait for the boxes to be fixed.
