So I had a in my inventory earlier and was able to transfer it to my wardrobe, yet there is no item preview or overlay when I try to add it to my HA.

Is this supposed to be wearable now?

I really doubt it is supposed to be wearable. There are a few items that have gotten the wrong options added to them occasionally.
